Financing innovative projects by special venture funds focused on the work over projects starting from the initial stage, when only the idea and the team are known, is widespread all over well-developed world.
Presently such venture funds face a number of unsolved problems:
In order to solve these issues, an efficient venture fund should have a pool of promising innovations with information on the projects and investors and it has to offer the opportunity for broad involvement of legal entities and individuals in the investment and management process.
Besides that, the fund should provide the high efficient methods of intellectual property assessment to calculate the innovation value closest to the market, up to the calculation of the value at the idea stage.

The NATIF is a closed unit investment trust
Every token is the equivalent to a fund unit - at any time, the token can be exchanged directly for a fund unit in accordance with the barter agreement as a part of the platform smart contract. The NATIF Fund opens a separate enterprise of the chosen form and jurisdiction for each innovative project or participates as a shareholder in the existing company implementing the project. The financial risks of the fund's shareholders are covered by the fund's share in the innovative projects being implemented and, accordingly, by "through" ownership of the fund's property.
At the first stage, 3 million New Advanced Technologies Token (preNTF) tokens are auctioned for 0.003 ETH per token. The funds received go into paying for the NATIF creation and STO NATIF preparation.
At the STO NATIF stage, 50 million NTF tokens are sold for 0.003 ETH per token. At the same time, those who bought preNTF at the first stage, will have the opportunity to have NTF in the ratio 1:4 tokens free of charge, receiving the fund token NTF quad times cheaper. All new buyers receive NTF tokens in the ration 1:2. In other words – twice cheaper.
The funds collected at the STO NATIF will be the finance for the fund maintenance, as well as for preparation and organization of STO's several projects.
The total volume of NAT emissions is 1.5 billion tokens.
When conducting an STO for a new innovative project, the fund opens the sale of NTF in the amount necessary for the project implementation. At the "Project" stages NATIF tokens are selling at market value.

The owner of the token is the shareholder of the fund: token provides an opportunity to make an equivalent exchange for the fund units in accordance with the current legislation
Jurisdiction will be selected by due diligence based on the best operating conditions for the venture fund NATIF
All investors will be able to sell their tokens on exchange markets after the start of the NATIF fund
Tokens owners can earn revenue after exchanging tokens for the units of the fund
The issue is limited by smart-contract
